Tier #1 : Boat Crew

The Boat Crew tier of the Embrace Fear training program at the Froglogic Institute will give students exclusive access to David Rutherford's expertise in motivational training and coaching in a small group setting. Each week of the 5 week course, David will lead a weekly zoom meeting with only 5 crew members to discuss their progress during the Embrace Fear training program. For the first time in Froglogic history, David and his students will interact in a small teacher to pupil ratio.

Tier #2 : Platoon

The Platoon tier of the Embrace Fear training program at the Froglogic Institute will give students access to David Rutherford's expertise in motivational training and coaching in a medium-sized group setting. For the first, third, and last week of the course, David will lead a zoom meeting with 25 platoon members to discuss their progress during the Embrace Fear training. For the first time in Froglogic history, David will be available for conversations with his students in a condensed setting.

The Team tier of the Embrace Fear training program at the Froglogic Institute will enable students to communicate with their peers as they travel through the journey of defeating the negative insurgency. They will be able to access their fellow team members through a private Facebook or chat group to discuss their progress and gain support from each other. Each team member will have the ability to engage with their fellow teammates in real time to receive honest and constructive feedback.
